The staff at Gator Golf cars were terrific. They handled my questions and problems quickly and without any fuss. When my cart was delayed, they made arrangements to get me a loaner. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a cart. In addition, my cart is terrific and I'm enjoying it immensely.

Candidly at first I was somewhat apprehensive as to what benefit there would be having Gator come to the home to pick up my golf cart, taking it back to their shop for service. My concerns were quickly put to rest as the level of communication from Gator was timely and accurate. From pick up, to the explanation of the necessary repairs, to the timetable for the return and the cost, Gator kept me in the loop. When the cart arrived on schedule, the delivery driver was professional and polite, the price of repairs matched their quote and best of all, the quality of work was exemplary. The cart rides like a Cadillac and handles like a sports car! Kudos to Chris and the gang at Gator.
